Returns and Refunds
Every print in this shop is made to order. When you place an order, Gelato, our global print partner, produces your piece fresh at the facility nearest to your delivery address. Nothing sits in a warehouse and no two prints are ever quite identical. That is part of the character of the work, and it also shapes how returns are handled.
Change of mind
Because each print is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen at checkout, or a piece not looking as expected once it is on the wall. Please check the product images, size guide and description carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and clear photographs of the piece and the packaging. We will assess the claim with Gelato's quality assurance team and, once validated, arrange either a free replacement sent to you or a full refund. You will not need to return the original piece in most cases.
If your order does not arrive
If your parcel is lost in transit or held unclaimed at your local pick-up point, get in touch within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with Gelato to resolve it. If a shipment is returned to sender because of an incorrect address at checkout or a refused delivery, a new order will need to be placed at your cost.
